The ultimate location photography package for small businesses whether you’re based in a shop, studio, workshop, or at home.
Show the heart and soul of your business to inspire your customers. Georgia will come and capture (and style if needed) your space.
Let de Lotz Photography come directly to you from the Bristol studio. Travel is free within 30 miles of our BS11 postcode and 50p per mile beyond that.
Elevate your website with images of you or your workspace that tell the story behind your brand, or capture your products in situ to make your product listings come to life.
Select the exact ratio you need your images to be and we'll deliver your shoot photos ready to upload to your chosen platform, like Etsy, your own website or socials.
A cushion might catch your eye on a website for it’s pattern or colour, but imagine if you also could see the face of the designer who created it on InDesign, the studio where the fabric is printed and the hands of the seamstress who sewed it together? It all adds immense value to that cushion and helps a customer choose you over the big high street brands. Capture the heart of your business and share it with your customers.
Allow your products to fulfill their purpose, exactly as you envisioned. Together we’ll find the perfect location that sells the entire lifestyle around your product. Rugs belong in beautiful, spacious homes; desks deserve a striking open-plan office space; lampshades need to hang from glorious ceilings.
Let’s make that happen.
Who doesn’t love a nosy around a beautiful shop, office, or stylishly staged home? Here’s a small selection of our location shoots to get inspired for your next photography session.
Although the de Lotz studio is based in Bristol, the location shoot package is available to small businesses across the UK, from the edge of the Highlands right down to the bottom of Cornwall.
Local brands in the Bristol, Somerset, South Gloucestershire area will benefit from no extra charge for travel.
If your shoot location is outside the Bristol area, we’re happy to travel. The first 30 miles of travel are free, and it’s 50p per mile beyond that. Feel free to get in touch if you’d like a quote based on the specific location that’s right for you.
Choose the package that suits you best, but keep in mind the shoot time includes unpacking/packing and any styling.
The perfect package for product-based businesses who’d like to capture their studio or workspace or those who want their products photographed in a specific location.

Let’s get you booked in for your location shoot
If you’ve got a question we’ve not yet covered, please drop us an email or Insta DM.
The de Lotz photo studio is private for insurance reasons. If you’d like to attend, we are more than happy to arrange an alternative studio shoot location so you can be there throughout.
If you're booking a location shoot, yes you are very welcome to attend and be in the photos if you wish.
By default, you'll be asked to settle your shoot cost split over two payments. The first payment is a 50% deposit to secure your booking and the remaining 50% is due two weeks before your shoot date.
No, you don't have to but it is always very appreciated if you do.
We get that your priority is promoting your products or brand, so adding a credit for the photographer in a social media post, ad campaign, or product listing might not be ideal and could be distracting.
If there is space for a tag or backlink, we'd be incredibly grateful, and any mentions on Insta means we're more likely to see your lovely content featuring de Lotz photography, which we love. But ultimately, the purpose of your photos is to sell your products, and we want that to be the priority.
Just a heads up, photographers have difference policies, so please check your agreement.
Usually, the photographer retains copyright of the photographs but will typically grant clients the rights to use their imagery. The specifics can vary, though, so make sure you look into it.
Typically we photograph up to approx. 25 products, but it really depends.
Before you send 80 products for a shoot with 80 photos - hold your horses! Think about your end-use, and how many photos you want of each product - it's probably more than 1 photo.
Let's say you want at least 2 photos of each product: one in a wider lifestyle setting for marketing and another closer up for a main product picture. You might then also want a group shot of that product with other products from the same collection.
So, that could mean 2-3 shots per product. For an 80 photo shoot, we're talking about photographing roughly 25 products.
No, but you can if you want!
Our prop collection in the de Lotz studio is vast and continually added to. After 7 years of styled shooting, our prop cupboard looks like a hoarder's dream, but it's an excellent starting point when it comes to styling your shoot.
During the planning process for your shoot, we'll chat about styling and make sure we have all the props we need to achieve your desired look and feel of the shoot. If we decide we need something particularly niche that we don't have and can't be used in other shoots, we'll either ask if you have it and can send it, or suggest it as a personal investment that might complement your products perfectly.
If you have any props that fit within our moodboard that you'd love to see included in your photos, feel free to send them along with your products.
