All social media is managed directly by Georgia and Sophie from the de Lotz studio, in Bristol, but the perks of the digital age mean we can create top notch content for your business no matter where you’re based.
For the first three months of working together, we’ll send you a monthly questionnaire to help us tailor your content. Plus, we’ll stay in touch regularly through email or WhatsApp to keep everything running smoothly.
Every three months, we’ll also arrange an in-person meeting* to catch up and plan over tea and cake. This is where we come up with some of our best ideas for the months to come.
*We’re happy to travel up to 2 hours from Bristol. If you’re farther away, we can meet halfway or, if you’re feeling fancy, you’re welcome to send a private jet to pick us up!
Our set social media packages give you the flexibility to choose what suits your business best, with the option to add extras or even build a bespoke package. You supply the visuals (or book a photoshoot with Georgia) and we’ll do the rest.

Georgia has been offering Social Media Management to small and medium product-based businesses ever since she went full-time with de Lotz in 2017. Sophie later joined the team to work alongside Georgia to help deliver expert social content to even more brands across the UK. In 2025, Alice joined the team, so we currently run this strand of de Lotz together.

Absolutely! You have complete control over every piece of content before it goes live. We’ll send you a batch of content for the upcoming period through a feed preview link on our scheduling app, along with any stories we've created.
You can review everything, make any tweaks you’d like, and once you’re happy, we’ll schedule it to be posted across all your social platforms.
At the end of the day, it’s your business, so you’re always welcome to post on your own if you’d like.
That said, we do recommend letting us manage most of the content to keep everything consistent, professional, and with a bangin' aesthetic.
If you do want to post on your stories or elsewhere, we’re happy to provide some handy posting guidelines to make sure everything stays looking great.
When you reach out to us, if we have an opening for a new client, we’ll start by seeing if we’re a perfect match for each other. If we both feel like it’s meant to be, we’ll send over a simple questionnaire to gather some key details about your product-based business.
This includes things like your logos, brand fonts, colours, and any images or videos you already have. At this stage, we like to have a video call so we can meet you face-to-face (well, screen-to-screen), get to know each other better, and answer any questions you might have.
Now the work begins. We’ll start creating a personalised social media strategy especially for your biz, along with some sample content to give you a sneak peek of what you can expect going forward. We’ll be sure to ask for your feedback to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your vision.
When you’re happy, we’ll get your social media accounts set up on our scheduling platform and get to work on your first batch of content. After you’ve approved, we’ll update your profiles based on our agreed strategy. Then, you can sit back, relax, and watch as we take the reins of your social media management.
You will provide us with imagery and video content and we’ll do the rest.
If you're looking for professional imagery, you can even book a shoot with Georgia herself - there's also an option to add on video snippets if you like.
Just a heads up: Georgia's in high demand, so whilst existing clients get priority, bookings are dependant on her calendar - she’s one busy gal.
